How pricing works
Sheng sets the price of each session. This page says what sets it and where you see it.
What decides the price
The price follows the length of the session and the kind of session: tuina, reflexology or both together. Sheng sets each price and shows it on the booking page, next to the time you choose.

What the consultation covers
Every session starts with a few minutes about the pressure you like and anything to leave alone. That talk is part of your session time, not an extra.
Deposits
No deposit. A card on the booking page holds your time.
Canceling or running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. If you are ill, tell us and we will move you. A session missed without notice may be charged, as your confirmation says.
Add-ons and changes on the day
If you would like more time on the day, ask before the session starts. We say what it adds, and you agree to it before we begin.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one on the booking page or leave it on the day.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can be for any amount. You buy it from the gift card page and the person you give it to uses it on the booking page.
