Session
75 minutes. Tuina first, then foot reflexology. You are covered the whole time.
A tuina session on the back, shoulders and legs, followed by time on the feet. It is the longest session here, at 75 minutes, and it keeps the pace slow.
The tuina comes first, then the feet.
A session
A few minutes about pressure and any area to leave alone.
About two thirds of the time on the back, shoulders and legs.
Slow thumb and finger pressure on the soles and heels.
A minute to sit up slowly before you dress.
Before you come
We ask before we start and again as we go. Lighter, firmer or stop is always one word away.
A sheet or towel covers you the whole time. Only the part being worked on is uncovered.
Loose, comfortable clothing. We provide the table, linens and towels, so bring only yourself.
If you are pregnant, or a doctor is seeing you for something that affects how you should be touched, ask them before you book.
Your therapist

Good to know
We talk for a few minutes about pressure and anything to leave alone, you settle onto the table under a sheet, and the session begins. The first visit page walks through it.
Sessions run 30 to 90 minutes, depending on what you book. Plan to arrive a few minutes early, and to sit up slowly at the end.
Before we start we ask what pressure you like and any area to leave alone. Tuina can be firm, so tell us at any time to go lighter or firmer.
